Good business hotel. Excellent concierge facilities with helpful and knowledgeable staff. Real plus is the free shuttle service to local restaurants. The take you to the place of your choice and collect you when the restaurant calls!!! Free of charge (apart from a tip of course). Hotel is close to a fantastic shopping mall too.

This hotel is worth a second look. I understand from looking at other reviews that it has changed hands. Marriott is almost finished with a complete renovation. It is a smaller Marriott, but inside it is all Marriott with the standard room furnishings and amenities. I liked the extras of the in room electronic safe. The area around this hotel is wonderful. Near a mall, just a nice area to stay in. I stayed here not as part of a larger group, but I would not hesitate to stay here again.

From a business travel perspective, this hotel is a great location. They also have a very nice pool, steam and jacuzzi. The work out room is okay but lacks space. Food service is very good overall. But you can walk out the back to two or three really good restaurants. A large mall with additional restaurants is within walking distance.. I find the hotel to be quiet and comfortable. The hotel has been under renovation since Marriott purchased the property. That is more than I can say for some of the airport hotel locations.

I arrived here on a rainy afternoon and was immediately welcomed by the staff. There was hot apple cider and freshly baked chocolate cookies in the lobby.
The lobby area is very attractive and the place has the feel of a boutique hotel and not a large chain property.
My room opened to a hardwood floor entrance which made the room feel somehow mroe elegant. The bathroom was very large with ample thick towels and nice amenities.
There was a large flat screen television and a nice desk with plenty of outlets for laptop, phone recharging, etc. There was a small refrigerator in the console holding the television. There was a round table and an easy chair in the rooom. There were flexible bed lamps mounted to the headboard. All in all the room was attractive and comfortable. I requested an additional blanket to be placed int he room when I went out to dinner and it was there when I returned.
There is a tavern in the shopping center just behind the hotel and I had an okay dinner there one evening. The next night I ordered room service. The grouper was delicious with a delicate lemon sauce. I also ordered room service on two mornings during my stay and the meal was delivered promptly and at the right temperature, I was very pleased with all the meals and the service provided to me.
The staff was friendly. Free bottled water was offered in the health club area and there were multiple bowls of fruit around the hotel. There were also sitting areas around the lobby and free reading material. While I did not spend time downstairs I saw other guests visiting with each other each time i walked through the hotel lobby area.
The parking is free and easily accessed from the hotel. Just before arriving at this hotel I had stayed at another hotel in a large city where I had paid $24 per night just to park my car. I felt like I was getting a good deal at this property for the attractive and comfortable room without additional fees for parking, etc.
I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a convenient location near shopping and dining choices. There is a Mortons and a Ruth Chris Steakhouse nearby--also a McCormick and Schmitts.
