After reading some of the reviews on here, i was a bit nervous to stay here. I honestly have no idea why some people didn't like this hotel!
We thought it was a lovely hotel. The hotel entrance is beautiful with beautiful tile, fountains, high ceilings, nice bar/restaurant and very friendly front desk staff.
Our room was great. it was just a standard room but we thought it was great. our bed was soooo comfortable! The room decor was tasteful and the bathroom was very nice and new looking.
The airport shuttle to and from this hotel was fantastic. The shuttle leaves from the hotel every half an hour or so and it was very efficient. They will also pick you up from the airport at any time. Our flight was late and we got in at 1:30am and it was no problem for them to pick us up.
Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel, especially to travelers who need a good airport shuttle!

Our family of 4 stayed here for one night as a stop-off on a drive to Atlanta. The hotel is right off I-85 so it is easy to find and easy to get back to the interstate. They provide special parking for SPG members right up front! Very nice. Also, when I checked in, the desk clerk informed me that I had been upgraded to the SPG floor at no charge. The floor was quiet, at least until we arrived. I had to scold the kids for running and yelling in the halls. (Sorry, if you were there, too!)

The room was large with 2 double beds. It was clean but dark. The lighting didn't do much. The coffee maker was clean and had three large packets of Starbucks coffee. While I may be one of the few that doesn't like Starbucks that much, it is a nice touch.

The beds were comfortable enough. Extra towels were brought up within 5 minutes of asking. The shower and sink both drained well and had plenty of water pressure. I struggled with finding the right temperature on the thermostat but despite my ineptness, I found it impressive that I could adjust it easily.

The next morning, we received both a Wall Street Journal and a USA Today. Check out took less than a minute. I will definitely stay here again.

Our room was very clean and pleasing to the eye. Great mattress, pillows, and linens. I was woken once by a slamming door down the hall. The indoor/outdoor pool looked nice although I didn't use it. Bar area was good although smoky. Staff was great. Best feature was the 24h airport shuttle which we utilized twice during our stay.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The room was okay, clean enough but had definitely seen better days. Unfortunately you could hear people doors slamming shut very loudly, and that could wake you up during the night. I had no problem with service, they were actually pretty nice.

What bothered me most about this hotel is that I really wanted to use the pool/hot tub, but the entire area was littered with kids (even at 9pm). I'd say about 20 kids, and more going up and down the elevators. Their parents were sitting by the pool with boxes and boxes of pizza from Pizza Hut. In any case, I realize this probably isnt the hotels fault, but if you're booking here because of the pool you might want to consider staying somewhere else instead.

Also, the exercise area smelled really musky, and needs to be cleaned.
