I have a friend in Charlotte who told me about this restaurant. By looking at their website and the outside of the building I probably would not have chosen to eat here. He told me it was a fabulous place to eat and had been in Charlotte since the 50's. With that longevity I figured we'd give it a try. I'm here to tell you looks can be very deceiving. We ordered a small filet mignon and a ribeye steak. One with rice pilaf and one with baked potato and they were perfectly cooked, very juicy and required no steak sauce.

They are on South Blvd. just off Billy Graham Pkwy. / East Woodlawn Road. Entrees run from $16.95 - $38.95.
If you're in Charlotte for a few days, make sure you stop by.
FYI: We went on a Thursday and found they did not open until 5:30pm.
