Very old and run down and unkept. This Inn does not even have an elevator. I'm not fond of dragging luggage up stairs. They make an attempt to have a breakfast area but it too is substandard by most of Inns today. We will not stay here again.

Wife and I found this place online and booked it after reading the high reviews. What a gem of a place. Very clean, staff friendly, rooms were new and spotless. We got a suite even though we had 2 little dogs with us. There's a $50 deposit for having pets but well worth it. Felt like an oasis after having driven for 9 hours from Florida on our way home. Bed was super comfortable and room has a 99 channel cable tv. It's in a well lit and police patrolled college area. Lot's of good places to eat within a short driving distance. We just loved this place and will definitely book again when traveling through Charlotte. We highly recommend this Country Inn.

Nice hotel but the staff needs some work on customer service. The same person was on duty the first two times I went by the front desk and the look on her face was like you are bothering me. On top of that they gave one of our group a blanket with a big blood stain on it !!

The different front desk clerk at check out did not even know how their own policies worked.

Overall nice hotel, Decent rate, just not great service.

My family stayed at this hotel this past weekend. We were greeted right away by friendly staff at the front desk and whenever we passed by throughout the weekend they smiled and asked if everything was OK. They gave us suggestions for local restaurants and drew us a map by hand to make sure that we got there fine. Rooms were spotless and comfortable and the water in the pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.
