My husband and I stayed here a few nights in November due to relocation. We moved to Charlotte from Seattle and my husband had stayed here previously for business. To start the bed was terribly uncomfortable and my back and neck were killing me on night # 2, breakfast was less than tasty, I have definately had better. Let's just say thank goodness it was free. The room it's self was clean and my cat was welcomed and they were friendly, but on our last night there I was going to stay another night because our apartment was not ready and we came back to the hotel to find groups of people everywhere. I am still not sure if they were guests or friends of guests or what, but I did not feel comfortable walking around by my self. I ended up in our apartment anyway on the floor, that is how unsafe I felt. The staff did not seem to pay any attention to them either. I don't know about you, but when I am paying money to stay someplace, I want to feel like I am home. I want to be able to go to the snack machine in my slippers and not have to look over my shoulder. I have to say for the money, and the comfort I would stay elsewhere next time! Thanks for reading...Nicole, Charlotte,NC
