I need suggestions for a clean, safe hotel that is convenient to both the Independence Blvd/Rama Rd area and Harris Blvd/Plaza Ext area. I am visiting family close to each of those locations. I need a hotel that is somewhat convenient to both areas.

Your best options will be on Independence between Sam Newell Rd. and Matthews-Mint Hill Rd. These include Hampton Inn, Sleep Inn, Comfort Inn, Econolodge, and Courtyard.

When my husband and I were married we had our guests stay at the Hampton Inn mentioned above. Very clean, safe hotel w/ tons of restaurants and stores in the general area.
