Sushi 101 is a frequent choice because the sushi is good and the service is really top notch. It's a long narrow restaurant, inclined toward trendy (not traditional Japanese by any measure) with dance music and modern art. I love Sushi 101 and compared to the 3 other sushi joints in charlotte, its much better. Dont do Ru Sans! They have consistantly scored below sanitation ratings! more
