Bangkok Ocha is an average to below average Thai restaurant. There are much better options in Charlotte, most notably Thai Orchid. Bangkok Ocha is the best Thai food in Charlotte by far. The restaurant looks a little "divey" when you walk in, and service is prompt and moderately courteous - but you don't go to Bangkok Ocha for the decor or the service.
