I prefer this to the loud, "sports bar" Wolfman's locations that cater to those with ADD. more

If you enjoy paying well over ten dollars for a large pizza which consists of a measley eight slices, then this is the joint for you. If you are looking for a chainless pizza place (which in Charlotte are quite few and far between), try Hawthorne's on Seventh. It's about a mile or so from Wolfman's and boasts cheaper prices... more

We first discovered Wolfman Pizza at the lake near University while visiting Charlotte to see if it was a place we could relocate to. After we made the decision to move here we ate at Wolfman's quite often that first year (Park Rd.). Wolfman Pizza is the best pizza in the Queen City. They offer California Style Pizza with a twist! Some of my favorites are the White Wolf with tomato and basil or the New Mexico with black bean sauce, chicken & salsa. They also offer execellent salad choices with homemade dressing.
