Hotel is good, clean, and convenient to my office. Fu7ll compliment of services from meeting rooms to shoe shines. Concierge Room is managed well and I like to use it often. One problem is that there are limited eating choices nearby and the area lacks quality restuerants. more

The staff is what makes this hotel good for me. From front desk, to bar, to concierge lounge, the staff is really friendly and helpful. Like the location, and like the rooms for the most part. Avoid the joining rooms with doors between, as the sound insulation is not that good and you can hear the noises from other room. more

Work on the breakfast in Concierge lounge. Bacon taste very cheap and is often saturated w/ grease. Have grits more often. Bring back the larger bottles of water and mouthwash! ;-) Also, put another universal machine in workout area. more
