Did my research and used trip advisor. I cannot understand the bad complaints, but you cant please everyone I guess. I booked this hotel via the hotel and spoke with Rob on the front desk. He was extremely polite and helpful and answered all the questions I had. I was working at the training centre, Charlotte Airport for 6 weeks.... more

Great place! Love staying here when I'm in Charlotte. Remodeled wing really gives the place a great facelift. Breakfast is amazing, and staff is always more than willing to go that extra mile. Great for business, vacation, or just passing through. Would recommend to anybody without question. Keep up the good work!! more

Was staying in Charlotte on business for 4 days recently and stumbled across this diamond in the rough. Front desk staff was very accomodating and gave me a room in the newly renovated wing for no extra cost. The renovated rooms are amazing! 4 star quality! The restaurant offers a breakfast buffet for around 8 bucks that could compete with... more

I don't think the people who said this place was great and I are talking about the same place. The only good thing about it are the nice ladies who work at the front desk. Other than that, it is run down. The bathroom of the first room we were given was so hairy that I called to ask for... more

My family and I stayed at the Ramada Airport while we were in town visiting our family. We have two children so it was nice that the rooms were large. I was also happy that the rooms and all of the amenities were kept nice and clean. The staff were so helpful. While we were there we wanted to site... more

My father was stranded in Charlotte airport late Sunday night. All flights were canceled because of bad weather and he was unable to make a connection to his destination. He was re-booked to leave late at night the following day. US Airways just dumped the 73 year old man at a strange city providing no help or accommodations: "thanks for... more

This was one of the dirtiest, shabbiest hotels I've ever stayed in, and I simply had to post this warning to other travelers to stay away. (I was here for one night only because United Air Lines put a group of us up here after a flight delay caused us to miss our late-night connections.) The room was truly disgusting... more

We had to interrupt our motor home trip around the country to attend a wedding in Hawaii. We were told by several people to contact the Ramada Airport & Conference Center for a place to park our motor home - for free. We spent two nights at the hotel getting the motor home ready for our departure (we were to... more

I stayed here with a park & fly package, left my car here for 3 weeks without problems. Price was reasonable. Room was large, generally a little shabby, in need of updating, but clean. Free airport shuttle was prompt. more
