Up front I just need to say that we travel a lot and Embassy Suites is our preferred hotel chain. Secondly, we are not complainers. We enjoy giving a good review. My wife and I stayed four nights around Memorial Day at the Embassy Suites Charlotte. We were very pleased to obtain the rate that we got considering that it... more

While your first thought may not be food when you hear Embassy Suites, it ought to be at least your second, especially if you have kids, and even more so if you have kids who can't agree on what they want to eat. We have one who likes the big breakfast. Eggs, bacon, sausage, grits, biscuits, everything he can get... more

We stayed 2 nights on our way through before visiting family in GA. The price was right (under $100/night), hotel is situated next to a freeway so easy access and the 2 room suites are very comfortable, roomy, and well equipped. The large digital tvs were a nice feature. We had a little trouble turning the shower off and on,... more

We had to stay here since we had a canceled flight on a Friday night after traveling home from the Caribbean. We were met by Mick by the airport shuttle and it is a 15 minute drive from the airport. The hotel is nice a big, roomy with an indoor pool and Omaha Steakhouse. The only negative, on the weekends... more

Embassy Suites are my favorite hotels but this one was below standards for E.S. First the good. Nice rooms. Clean. Nice indoor pool and gym. Free parking. Room was only $94 a night b4 taxes. Now the bad. The parking lot is blocked off cordoned off for some reason with gate access coming and going. Annoying. Seemed to be only... more

Very nice, comfortable hotel. The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Granite counter tops and hardwood floor between the living room and bedroom made it feel nice and homey. It was like being in a little apartment instead of a hotel room. Breakfast was good except Sunday they shut down the buffet an hour before breakfast was supposed to be... more

Came to Charlotte for an overnight stay on business. Hotel is very attractive inside, check-in was simple, room was clean and well kept. Bed was very comfortable. Room was quiet and the property was centrally located on the south side of town. Nice Managers welcome reception with breakfast flow and food taste being good. I would reccomend this property for... more

I was in town for 5 days/4 nights. Great rooms, very clean, love the separate living room and bedroom. The warm breakfast in the AM was good with eggs made fresh to order. And the happy hour in the evening was perfect. I did use the gym and the business center, both were adequate. The Omaha Steakhouse on site was... more
