I am relocating to Charlotte from Pittsburgh,Pa. The staff is very nice here and the service is good. (FREE clean towels mid week and at the end...also when requested.)O.K. rates they are about 60 a night and around 300 weekly...you pay for the convient location to shopping, dining, I-77 and 485. We have recently stayed at the Sun Suites Hotel in Charlotte. The room served the purpose for our weekend. We were in town to attend the CIAA events. The rooms are small and would not recommend for more than 2 people even in the double suites. Rooms were clean and well kept. Would not recommend for families. more

Book the room through their website. The first nonsmoking room had a burn hole in bedspread down to the mattress. Blood stain on the white sheet. Blood stain at the mattress seams indicating (opinion) possibly bedbugs. Requested different room. Room was cleaner, but I itched all night. Looked in dresser drawer for Phone book.
