Stayed one night May 27th and was in a king room. Very clean, spacious room with complimentary wifi which was a nice change. Wine & Appetizer reception very pleasing and breakfast buffet was excellent. Close to the airport and Southpark Mall which suited our requirements nicely. Would definetly recommend. more

The room was fine, but when we returned to our car, it had been broken into. When we notified the hotel staff, they were not surprised but they did apologize. When speaking to the Charlotte police, they said this is VERY common at this hotel. Just consider this when booking. more

The room was clean & nice enough. They have those in-wall heat/air conditioning units, which I hate. They allow bugs & spiders too much access to the indoors. I'm told that all the hotels in this area have difficulty with vehicle break-ins, so be careful to remove all valuables from your car. Housekeeping & desk staff were nice & helpful.... more

This hotel is very good in all ways. The prices are very affordable for the kind of service and amenities at the hotel. Staff is very helpful. They have a wonderfule Park & Fly option which is very customer friendly. Will stay agai for sur and will recommend. more

Just a place to lay my head after a serious jaunt from Ireland via Canada. Lobby stinks of chlorine, ( I spied a tiny plungepool off lobby, must be chlorine only) And the staff moved in slow southern motion. In fact I think they were napping when we arrived.
