I've stayed at the Uptown Hilton Garden Inn twice going to events at the new Charlotte arena. This hotel is easy to get to, has free parking, and is a three block walk to the new arena. I was pleasantly surprised by the services, amenities and location of this hotel. The premises were clean, and the staff was very helpful. The restaurant in the hotel offers reasonably priced, tasty food and excellent service. This hotel is within a 3-minute walk from the Convetion centre, and the downtown hub. more

Went to Charlotte for the Panthers/Steelers game Aug. 29. After a bad experience with another hotel, we wanted closer to the stadium.
