The hotel itself was fine, clean, good value for the money. We arrived mid afternoon for a 1 night stay and were looking for something to do after travelling all day. The staff were completely clueless about what there was to see and I ended up using the internet provided but it was bogged down with advertising and was useless.... more

I was in Charlotte during a NASCAR race weekend. Although I wasn't attending the races, hotels were pretty full and many at the Comfort Suites were obviously race fans (apparel, logos on vehicles, etc.). There were many families with children but I did not hear any disturbances at night. The free breakfast buffet was adequate (not anything to rave about).... more
