Had a very poor customer service experience at this Hyatt in City Park by the Charlotte airport. Went on air travel starting at 4:30 in the morning. Just completed a stay here at a rate of $169/night. This is NOT a full service hotel and it is still under construction. Stayed here for 3 nights on business. Hotel is in the process of becoming a Hyatt Plaza property. Breakfast was included and very good. Dinning was limited due to construction. Staff was friendly and helpful. King size bed was comfortable. 42" plasma TV and free Internet worked fine. more

On 7/21/07, We were transfered to this hotel from another Amersuites hotel which couldnt honor our reservation. They would not check us in until our prepaid payment was transfered from the other hotel, which didnt arrive that night. This hotel was WAY superior to Morgan Hotel and Suites where we stayed last time. I only have minor complaints about this hotel! The room was excellent - it had a microwave, fridge, plenty of living room, door connecting to the people next door....yes that was the problem...we had a room with an adjoining door into the suite next door... more

We used this hotel as a stop-over between flights en route to Nassua, Bahamas. The hotel itself was brilliant, no complaints whatsover: spacious, clean, great facilities and a fabulous free breakfast. Highly recommended! more
