Have stayed in this hotel many times and continue to see quality of it go down. Hotel is getting old and needs updating. mattesses are worn, internet not very reliable and hotel staff not very friendly most of time. If your on a budget, try the Laquinta down the road, cheaper and get about the same room/service wise. more

This hotel is on the south side of Charlotte which, since we are going south in the morning, should mean that there wiil not be much traffic. I can't say enough about this hotel. WHAT A GREAT PLACE AND GREAT PEOPLE. Just the sweetest and most helpful front desk staff and housekeepers.
