We stayed at this Days Inn for 2 nights while we were visiting Carowinds. From a first look it would appear to be in a so-so area but suprisingly it was a quiet, relaxing weekend. Service was great. Very nice front desk personel and had no problem getting extra towels and such. Room was clean and looked to be newly... more

We were passing through Charlotte, and needed a place to stay. We considered one of the larger hotels because we were just starting our honeymoon. But since we were only spending one night there it didn't make sense to pay three times as much. Nevertheless, we were a bit nervous when the free shuttle pulled into the parking lot. The... more

We rented two rooms for one night while passing through town. Both rooms were clean and somewhat updated. This location makes for easy access to the airport and highways. We visit Charlotte every few years and will stay here again. more

The staff was friendly and the service excellent. A nice swimming pool, and comfortable room. Close to good restaurants. This hotel satisfies my needs, an affordable room to sleep in. Nice quick breakfast provided. more

Fairly quiet, which was surprising given that they were in the process of building a brand, new wing. Nice, clean pool area. Helpful staff. Convenient to downtown trolley and good dining. (The hotel itself has decent food as well.) The electronic amenities worked well for me. I was there with a group of people, although I had my own room;... more

Don't stay here. This place is a dive. I felt uncomfortable the whole time we were there. It is a very old and outdated hotel. The vending machine took my money, the sliding glass doors are not very secure, the bath tub is nasty, the top dresser drawer was broken and the outlet that the ac was hooked into was... more

I stayed here when visiting downtown. It is only a few minutes to down town and there is a bus stop close to the hotel. The hotel isnt to bad for days inn. The room was clean and sheets were crisp. When I travel I don't need allot extra stuff that just make the room more expensive. I liked my... more

This roadside hotel is unclean and in a questionable area. Check-in is conducted through a window slot. Breakfast is down right frightening. The clientele is long-term stay type [ie relocations and construction workers]. more

We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights during a women's conference in Charlotte. We paid $70/night (including taxes) for two people. I have stayed at other Day's Inn, so didn't think this could be bad. This is a MUCH OLDER building. The carpet is dirty and matted down. The bathroom shower had mold on the walls, corners and floor.... more
